Comic-Con International at San Diego is now too big and thus should not be visited by fans anymore. I say this as a pop culture fan and comic scholar for one primary reason. That being almost everything that happens at Comic-Con is reported via the internet. If you cos-play news sites will focus on that and comics. Attendees will post pics and videos of panels and sights seen at the con. Missed a major panel about a television show go to that show's youtube channel. If you were curious about what a celebrity of any sort thought about the panel you can check twitter or another media source. In closing Comic-Con has not just become big and taken over by Hollywood and corporations, but it's over-saturated by the media to the point of being an overripe fruit.
