Leaving Megalopolis Surviving Megalopolis Issue 3 Review With Spoilers

Warning Of Spoilers!

This comic almost redeemed itself towards when Ribbon (The stretchy guy) is killed off. However they drop the ball with the super-villains not being affected by whatever changed the heroes. Not to mention that the group shot looked like an unused stock shot of random bad 1990s redesigns. There is also the problems related to the flashback story told by the probably mentally-ill woman. The main flaw being that the wolves should have started tearing her to shreds before she finished that long of a pointless story. Seriously what does a story that suggests that she was possibly a little girl with horrible parents in the 1950s or 60s have to do with the plot?

Finally there are two major art problems. One being this issue's cover requires the other covers to even just look okay, if not be noticeable on the stands. Yet that pales in comparison to the sequences being off in terms of panels and page layouts. For instance there is a character flying from the abandoned comic store, but a few pages earlier she was further away and had already left.
