BMW Films: The Escape Advertisement Review

Warning Of Spoilers!

As a car advertisement it fails to give details regarding any changes such as new safety features. Though it does suggest things like speed, a sleek looking design, good handling, and getting precious "cargo" to the desired destination. (In this case the precious "cargo" is a clone named Lily played by Dakota Fanning.) This short movie advert has just enough of a narrative to remind those who have knowledge of the history marketing of the 1980s. I would even say it is as high quality as the original Taster's Choice/Gold Blend Couple adverts. Though it will probably fade from mainstream consciousness due to its length it is a great example of how to do an overly long advert.
