Savage Issue 4 Review With Spoilers

Warning Of Spoilers!

This issue concludes Savage's first story and it is pretty good. However, it arguably could have been great if Lewis LaRosa had done the entirety of the present day sequences. Instead there is a little bit of confusion caused by Clayton Henry taking over the majority of this issue's present day sequences. That said Lewis LaRosa and Clayton Henry provide quality art. LaRosa's art provides more depth and realism. On the other hand Henry's art portray's more kinetic motion in Savage's actions.

As for the story it wraps up on a cliffhanger ending that has a believable build-up and fight. Finally the colors are arguably better applied for LaRosa's art, yet still quality work overall.
