X-O Manowar (2017) Issue 15 Review With Spoilers

Warning Of Spoilers!

This issue has quality on all creative levels, but it also has several problems. First off there is an interruption once the flashback to the past begins. It very much feels like an editorial level mistake that could have been due to indulging one of the creators or cause of the change of editors that has happened at Valiant. Either way it is a problem. Next we have this issue having a very "made for the trade" feel to its narrative structure. Finally select minimalistic aspects look a little off as if there is a problem between the penciling and inking.

This is not to say that one should not buy this issue, just that I don't recommend it as a starting place for non-valiant fans.

Recommended in single issue format only for long-time and die-hard Valiant fans.
